You should get the original card/document from Agenzia delle Entrate.
VisitRegistered House Contract or Ospitalità
A registered rental agreement or hospitality declaration (dichiarazione di ospitalità) — needed to prove your address for the Permesso di Soggiorno and Residenza.
Residence Permit (Permesso di Soggiorno)
Pick up the "permesso di soggiorno" kit at the nearest Poste Italiane and fill it out appropriately. Your school can assist you, or look for the CAF office closest to you.
VisitResidenza
With your permesso and housing contract, register with your commune office.
Carta d'Identità
After your residenza is confirmed, still done at the commune office.
Tessera Sanitaria (Health Insurance Card) — Optional
Which you can get if you have the National Health insurance, at the ASL office.
University Badge or ID Card — Optional
Your student ID card, required for campus access, discounts, and services.
